The Forecast 1 month ago Puducherry

N. Rangasamy will take oath as the Chief Minister of Puducherry on May 13 at Raj Nivas. The swearing-in ceremony is expected to take place in the presence of senior political leaders, government officials, and alliance representatives.

The invitation to form the new government was extended by Lieutenant Governor Kailashnathan after Rangasamy officially staked claim with the support of alliance partners on Friday evening. The development came following discussions among alliance leaders after the election results.

Officials said preparations for the oath-taking ceremony are currently underway at Raj Nivas. Security arrangements and administrative plans are also being finalized ahead of the event.

Rangasamy is set to begin a new term as Chief Minister with the backing of the alliance. The formation of the new government is expected to mark the beginning of the administration’s next phase in Puducherry.

With the swearing-in scheduled for May 13, the Union Territory is preparing for the official start of the new government under Rangasamy’s leadership.
