The Assam Raj Bhavan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paavan Chintan Dhara Ashram to provide free UPSC Civil Services Examination coaching for deserving state youths. This initiative, part of the Governor's Pratibha Pratsahan Yojana, aims to harness the talent of Assam’s youth and empower them to pursue careers in Indian civil services. Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya highlighted the state’s rich human potential and stressed the importance of providing a strong platform for young aspirants.
