The 106-page manifesto for Madhya Pradesh, the Vachan Patra, was made public by the Congress. The 1,290 promises made by the party include creating 1 lakh new jobs in villages, filling 2 lakh empty positions, and making the state an economic hub. The pledges include raising the procurement prices for wheat and paddy to 2,600 and 2,500 rupees, respectively, with a goal of guaranteeing farmers 3,000 rupees per quintal.
Cowdung will be purchased through the Nandini Gau Dhan Yojana for two rupees per kilogram. Under the Yuva Swabhiman Yojana, young unemployed persons will receive monthly payments of Rs 1,500 to 3,000. The party has also set aside 1.01 lakh rupees for daughters under the Beti Vivah Yojana, while 2.51 lakh rupees in benefits would be given to girls under the Meri Beti Ladli Yojana. The monthly social security pension will increase to $1,200.
Government personnel have been promised promotions and a significant pay increase. There will be efforts made to get Madhya Pradesh its own IPL team. The Padak Lao programmes will be introduced to encourage sports. The people of Madhya Pradesh have been promised nine rights by the Congress, including the "Right to Water, Health, Electricity, Education, Housing, Minimum Income, Employment Guarantee, and Social Justice". Each family has also been given Rs. 10 lakh in accident insurance and Rs. 25 lakh in health insurance.
