Dr. S. Vijayatharani MLA of Vilavankode Constituency
In the political history of Tamil Nadu, Indian National Congress Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Dr. S. She is the great-granddaughter of a famous poet of the 20th century, Kavimani Desiya Vinayakam Pillai. She was born to medical parents, but she chose law in her college studies, served as an attorney in both the High Court and the Supreme Court, and lives as an honest and distinguished lawyer. She has done various social welfare works as the MLA of Vilavankode constituency in Kanyakumari district.
