A party leader stated that if Congress wins the November 7 Mizoram assembly elections, one lakh jobs would be created.
In order to give young people work and startup capital, the Congress media cell chairman, Lalremruata Renthlei, said that the party will launch the Young Mizo Entrepreneurs Programme (YmElevate). "Under the programme, incubation and startup funds will be given, which will help in creating more than 1 lakh jobs."
