Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – The upcoming book festival, organized by the Tamil Nadu Government, the Library Department, and the Kodisia Book Festival Committee, will be held from July 19 to July 28 at the Kodisia Trade Fair Complex on Avinasi Road. Collector Krantikumar Padi announced the event at a press conference.
The festival, featuring over 280 halls, will host renowned publishers from across India, offering books on numerous titles. Visitors can attend daily from 11 am to 8 pm with free admission. Highlights include daily art and literary events, and a 'Book Donation Drive' supporting government hostels and other areas. An award ceremony for young creators will also take place.
Last year’s festival saw Rs. 2 crores in sales and the donation of 2,000 books to prison libraries. This year's event promises to be even more impactful, fostering a love for reading and supporting the literary community. Don’t miss out on this literary celebration!
