India Launches Operation Amistad for Earthquake-Hit Venezuela

India has launched Operation Amistad, a major humanitarian relief mission to support Venezuela following the recent devastating earthquake. As part of the operation, the Government of India has dispatched two Indian Air Force aircraft carrying emergency relief supplies, medical equipment, and a specialized medical team to assist rescue and recovery efforts in the affected regions.

According to official information, the two aircraft are transporting more than 35 tonnes of relief materials, including essential humanitarian supplies required for immediate disaster response. The mission also includes a 41-member specialized medical team, which will provide emergency healthcare services, medical assistance, and support to local authorities treating those affected by the disaster.
