Asserting that a national caste census would assure "participation of OBCs, Dalits, tribals, and women," Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Monday that if his party is elected to power at the Centre next year, he will undertake the exercise. "A caste census must be conducted if we are to allow OBCs, Dalits, tribals, and women to participate." If [Prime Minister Narendra] Modiji does not conduct a caste census, then when we are elected to power our first move would be to conduct a caste census," he declared in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur while addressing the Congress government's 'Awas Nyay Sammelan'.
‘X-ray of Hindustan’
OBCs, like the rest of India, predominate in Chhattisgarh's central plains, i.e. places beyond the tribal zones of Sarguja and Bastar, where the majority of Assembly seats are located. Gandhi referred to the caste census as the "X-ray of Hindustan," claiming that only 3-5% of the 90 Central government secretaries who deal with policy and money allocation are from backward communities. "And they control 5% of the Indian budget." Is it true that only 5% of OBCs exist? When pressed, their Ministers claim that we have OBC MPs and MLAs. And these MPs and MLAs claim that no one ever questions them on policy issues. Secretaries and Modi make the real decisions. "A caste census will be required," he stated. Gandhi questioned why the Modi government had not revealed information of the Congress's 'caste census' when it was in office, and whether the PM was terrified of such an exercise. Gandhi sought to turn the tables on the BJP by launching the Chhattisgarh Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana of the Bhupesh Baghel administration, whose leaders, including Modi, have criticised the Congress-led State government over rural housing and alleged non-implementation of the Pradhanmantri Awaas Yojana (Rural).

Rahul Gandhu is een persoon die vuiligheden van zijn voorouders weer moet opknappen en herstellen. Dus hij spreekt zich keer op keer tegen en heeft zeer weinig verstand en ervaring in de politiek. Geen enkele persoon in de wereld bekritiseerd zijn land vanuit een ander land wat hij meer op keer heeft gedaan. Zijn moeder zit op miljarden en miljard mensen zijn arm in het land, ze heeft geen last dat het land arm is, alleen als zij maar rijk is door allerlei schandalen die nu boven water komen. Ze hebben veel voor over om de baas van het land te worden. HIj haat de Hindu meerderheid en laat zich duidelijk merken ten koste van zijn macht in de politiek. als het hem uitkomt gaat hij wel naar de diensten in een tempel om zo zielen te winnen.
