World's most powerful passport ranking: Japan Stays on tops

The Forecast 3 years ago General

In countries around the world, citizens must have a passport to travel abroad from their home country for purposes such as tourism and daily needs. However, visa approval is required to accompany them to the desired countries immediately. The power of a passport is determined by how many countries a tourist can visit with their passport, either visa-free or visa-on-arrival.

According to a new report by Henley & Partners, Japan's passport is the most powerful passport in the world. A Japanese passport allows visa-free travel to 193 countries. Singapore and South Korea are at number 2 in this list. Passports from Singapore and South Korea allow visa-free travel to 192 countries. India is ranked 87th in this list.

An Indian passport currently allows visa-free travel to 60 countries. Russia ranks 50th on the list. China is ranked 69th. Last on this list is Afghanistan. Only 27 countries can travel without a visa from the Taliban regime. Due to this, the country is in the last position of 112.
