Ram Nath Kovind became the 14th President of India in 2017. On completion of 5 years since his inauguration, President Ram Nath Kovind's tenure will end on the 24th. As a result, a farewell ceremony was held for him at the Parliament Center Hall yesterday.
At the party reception hosted by Prime Minister Modi in Delhi, President Ram Nath Kovind, his wife Savita Kovind, President-elect Draupadi Murmu, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, West Bengal Congress President Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, various state Chief Ministers, Central Ministers, and Padma Awardees were present at the party reception. Recipients, prominent personalities, and many others participated. Tribal leaders from different parts of the country also attended the dinner and congratulated the Prime Minister and the President. India's 15th President-elect, Drabupati Murmu, will take the oath of office on Monday.
