Canberra,
External Affairs Minister Jaishankar, who visited New Zealand for the first time, has completed it and traveled to Australia.
Accordingly, he has reached Canberra in the country. He was accorded a rousing welcome by lighting up the Parliament House to reflect the colors of India's tricolor flag.
Union Minister Jaishankar tweeted, "I have arrived in Canberra with a tricolor welcome. He said that seeing the old Parliament House of Australia in our national colors has given me great joy.
He is visiting Canberra and Sydney on his Australian tour. Last February, he attended the Quad Foreign Ministerial level meeting in Melbourne for the first time this year.
Following this, this is his 2nd visit to the country. During the tour, Union Minister Jaishankar will meet fellow External Affairs Minister Benny Wang for the 13th Foreign Ministers' Framework Dialogue. Similarly, he also meets and talks with the country's Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, Richard Marless.
