CM Rekha Gupta has directed all Delhi government employees to work from home for two days every week as part of efforts to encourage fuel conservation and reduce fuel consumption in the national capital.
According to government officials, the decision was taken in response to the current global fuel situation and the need to promote energy-saving measures. The new work-from-home arrangement is expected to help reduce daily vehicle usage and ease fuel demand in the city.
