After leaving the party for nearly five decades, prominent politician, Rajya Sabha member Kancharla Keshavrao, who was associated with him for a decade, rejoined the Congress in the presence of All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Mallikarjun Kharge and Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
The 85-year-old Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MP has rejoined the Congress party at the residence of Kharge, with whom he has a good relationship due to their long association. AICC general secretary KC Venugopal, Telangana in-charge Deepadas Munshi and others participated.
