Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted efforts to promote science education and grassroots success stories during his Mann Ki Baat address on Sunday.
In his speech, Mr. Modi referred to the Bengaluru-based Prayoga Institute of Education Research for its work in making science learning more engaging for school students. He noted the institute’s initiative “Anveshana,” which focuses on improving science education through research and practical learning methods.
The Prime Minister also mentioned the success story of fish farmers from Belagavi district, including Raju Shivalingappa Huddar and Shivalingappa Satappa Huddar. Their achievements in fish farming were highlighted as an example of innovation and hard work at the local level.
