7000 crore rupees has been allocated in the budget for the year 2023-2024 for proper implementation of this project. The “Artist Women Entitlement Fund” scheme will be launched on September 15, which is the birth anniversary of Perarinagar Anna.

Based on this, Chief Secretary Sivdas Meena, I.A.S. Under the chairmanship, a consultation meeting was held with the monitoring officers regarding the implementation of the "Artist Women's Entitlement Amount" program in all districts, which provides 1000 rupees per month to women.
In this meeting, the Chief Secretary held a detailed consultation with the Monitoring Officers for effective and successful implementation of the "Artist Women Entitlement Scheme". All the progress works and activities should be monitored and ensured as per the guidelines published in the Artist Women Entitlement Scheme Ordinance. Eligibility and ineligibility of the applicant, application procedures, financial qualifications. It is detailed in the decree.
Also, for the implementation of Artist Women's Entitlement Scheme, the time table, planning coordination and implementation, control room, communication and awareness activities, organizing camps, selection of camp locations, time and days of camp, immediate registration of applications, basic facilities in the camps are mentioned in the decree. , applicant waiting rooms, receipt and verification and distribution of biometric devices, receipt and verification of applications, anti-crowding arrangements, police protection, canopies, drinking water facilities, electricity facility, facilities for senior citizens and differently abled, facilities for pregnant women, lactating mothers and children, fire prevention arrangements , including all activities and progress should be continuously monitored.
In order to ensure that no eligible beneficiary should be left out of the Artist Women Rights Scheme, field survey should be carried out to ascertain the activities and progress of the project beneficiaries. Also, the Chief Secretary instructed that in the first phase, on 19.07.2023, the monitoring officers should visit all the districts in person and carry out field survey work.
