Tirunelveli Power Division Supervising Electrical Engineer Chandrasekaran ordered this welfare assistance on the guidance of Valliyur Divisional Executive Engineer Valanarasu. In this, 31 electric fans and 33 tube lights were set up through the Tamil Nadu Power Board Energy Efficiency Development Program with the financial support of the National Energy Efficiency Secretariat and handed over to Priyadashini, Chief Medical Officer and District Medical Officer of the Health Centre. This will result in 50 percent electricity savings and the electricity bill will be much lower than before, said the officials of the power board. In this event, Ervadi Sub Division Assistant Executive Engineer Selvakarthick, Junior Electrical Engineer Sudalaimuthu and many others participated.
