Chennai,
The first assembly meeting of the current year began on the 9th with a speech by Governor RN Ravi. On the first day of the meeting, Governor RN Ravi's speech led to many exciting scenes.
In this situation today, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin is bringing the separate resolution of the government in the Legislative Assembly urging the central government to immediately implement the Setu Samudra Project. The then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh launched the scheme in 2004.
This project should be implemented without further delay, that would be conducive to the development of Tamil Nadu. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin proposes this resolution in the Assembly as non-implementation of the Sethu Samudra project is hampering the development of Tamil Nadu.
It is noteworthy that the Setu Samutram project has been continuously delayed due to controversies such as the demolition of the Ram Bridge and environmental damage.
