Kumbakonam District Legal Affairs Committee, Police, Red Cross Association, urged the public to wear helmets and ride two-wheelers during an awareness rally on 14-2-2023, which began at 10 a.m. from Kumbakonam Court Complex, Nal Road, Old Fish Market, MSM Theatre, Uchi Pillaiyar Temple, Tsr Big Shop Road, Gandhi Park, Mathathuttheru, Balakarai Kamaraj statue and ended at Kumbakonam DSP office.
Mrs. D. Shanmukapriya, Chairman of the Kumbakonam Circle Legal Services Committee and Chief Criminal Justice Magistrate of Thanjavur District, officiated by waving the flag.
Mrs. S. Purnima, Kumbakonam Revenue Divisional Officer, and Mr.P. Mahesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kumbakonam Division, appear in the show. .Mr. V.A. Rosario, Vice Chairman of the Kumbakonam Red Cross, attended and spoke.
Rally for Awareness
Mr.P. Mahesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, as well as all Police Officers, Kumbakonam Court Officers, Bar Association President, Secretary, Executive Committee Members, Government Advocates, Bar Association Members, Advocates of Kumbakonam District Legal Services Committee, Advocate Office Clerks, and Legal Volunteers, all wore headgear and participated in the awareness rally.
